Unlike my sister in law I don't have two days of free time. And even if I had, I have enough ideas to fill these days :-)

With only some days since 0.3 some buildsystem-fixes have accumulated with help from the community.

So now I have made another package releasing 0.3.1 into the wild.

After some serious hacking (partly done via LAC) I managed to get JackMix 0.3 ready. Grab it while its hot!

Last weekend I attended the Linux Audio Conference (LAC07) in Berlin.

Going to a conference normally means attending a lot of talks. Strangely I didn't feel like listening to that many talks, the four talks/sessions on saturday where probably my personal record.

Since some weeks I am proud owner of a Presonus Firepod (a firewire-soundcard with 8 analog in-/outputs).

This week some more parts arrived and I did finish(?) my new rack for mobile recording (the link has step-by-step pictures from building the rack).

Yeah, after this homepage is back up I managed to publish the next release of JackMix. If you are interested in music and linux and you use your computer for music, grab the source and test/use it!

While I am sitting here at my parents house with some spare time, I uploaded some new pictures from our last visit to my parents-in-law.

During the keys recording session of the band NewName I had the wonderful opportunity to see my stand occupied by two keyboards. See the pic (big)...

The first session for our new cd is done.

Excuse me, I haven't written about that yet. Some friends of mine form a band, they also played at our wedding. And they decided to record a cd. They know some other hobby-technicians but somehow their conclusion was that I was the best one for the job.
